Annual Exhibition for 2020

In News by Chris Pearson

Pickering Art Club’s Annual Exhibition usually takes place during the second full week of September. We are hoping to continue this year, but with suitable precautions in place regarding safety during the Coronavirus outbreak. Rest assured we will always follow Government guidelines to keep everyone as safe as possible. We look forward to welcoming members, residents and visitors alike for another celebration of art.

We will keep you updated with the latest plans as soon as the situation becomes clearer.

The exhibition showcases the fabulous work of our members. It always promises to be varied and original. The exhibition is growing every year and we are really excited to see what this year brings!

Our annual exhibition runs from Saturday September 5th to Sunday September 13th and is open daily during that time. It’s a great opportunity for visitors (and fellow artists) to purchase original work from local artists.

The exhibition this year will include some 3-dimensional work as well as a varied range of 2-dimensional pieces. Entry is free and the vast majority of pieces are for sale at very reasonable prices.

The exhibition is open from 10.00am to 5.00pm each day. It is held in an accessible location on the ground floor of the Memorial Hall, Pickering, 2 minutes walk from the NYMR station and close to the town centre main car park.

Please note that due to Covid 19 there will not be refreshments available this year.
